Creating inclusive communities 
where all belong and contribute

Dublin City Interfaith Forum is a network of people from different Faith Communities in Dublin. Our aim is to create awareness and dialogue through relationships that nurture harmony, respect and understanding.

Supporting and organising interfaith gatherings and activities in Dublin City.

DCIF seeks to provide the space and opportunity for Faith Communities to build relationships with and between Dublin City communities, statutory and voluntary organisations and the residents of Dublin City.

Working and networking with and within many World Faiths present in Dublin City.

Dublin City Interfaith Forum draws its membership from the following Faiths currently active in Dublin City: Baha’i, Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism and Sikhism.

Towards Tolerance and Acceptance

A great evening starting with an evocative performance of the Parable of the Rings by Gotthold Ephraim Lessing, followed by a facilitated exploration: How can we move from tolerance to acceptance in our society?

DCIF SHARES ITS WORK AND ACHIEVEMENTS AT ‘UNITY IN DIFFERENCES’ CONFERENCE IN MOSCOW

Delegates and guests at a state conference on ‘Unity in Differences’ held in Moscow learned about DCIF’s work in promoting integration and a better understanding of other religions and cultures.

Dublin City Interfaith Forum marks UN International Day of Peace with Interfaith Walk of Peace 2013.

The 2013 Interfaith Walk of Peace will take place on Sunday, 15th September. The walk will start from St Patrick’s Cathedral towards Castle St., Dame Street and end at the Mansion House in Dawson St.
